For the web service to work correctly, it is necessary that network ports 80 and 443 are open, and access to high-end UDP ports 49152-65500 is also required.

Block video can:

    • – antiviruses
      – firewalls
      – browser extensions that block ads, such as AdBlock

    • If the video does not connect, try turning them off.

    Video blocking can also occur if there are 2 network adapters working on the computer at the same time.
